Lot rent varies by community. You can visit our communities page to find the community you are interested in, and contact us regarding the community you are interested in to find out more.
All charges including rent are due on the 1st of each month, unless your specific lease agreement states otherwise. Any payments received after the close on the 5th of the month will be considered late.
Yes please do! The easiest way to pay the monthly charges is to use the payment portal. To create your account, enter your phone number and lot number click here to begin. The online payment portal accepts ACH or credit card payments.
Yes, you can pay with cash at an approved Cash Pay location. We do not accept cash in the community office. Please ask your community manager for a Cash Pay number. We do not accept post-dated or partial payments. You can make payments in advance, but once the due date arrives, balance due must be paid in full.
Yes generally, the lot rent does increase annually.
