A $75 non-refundable application fee per adult is required when you submit your application.

Before submitting your application, here is some helpful information to know:

Applications must be submitted in their entirety.

An application contains a completed application, acknowledgement of terms and credit/background checks, valid identification (driver’s license or government-issued ID), Social Security Number, and your most recent paystub or proof of income.

Once submitted in full, we’ll review your application, credit/background, income, and other supporting information.

If approved, approval notice typically comes within two business days of submission, provided all information is correct and verified.
