Most of our communities do not allow aggressive breeds. This helps keep our residents safe and relaxed, and is also required for insurance reasons. Here is a list of what is considered an aggressive dog breed:

Additionally, no wild, exotic, or farm animals are allowed in any of our communities. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Boa Constrictors
- Feral cats or dogs
- Monkeys
- Apes
- Chickens
- Pigs
- Goats
- Sheep
- Cows
- Cattle
- Mules

No, mobile homes generally require much less maintenance than on-site homes.
Plumbing issues are the responsibility of the resident for mostly all instances between the meter and the home. Please reference the specific community rules and regulations for more information.
Yes, residents are responsible for the upkeep of the lot, this includes mowing, trimming of bushes and trash clean up. Grass and bush trimming must be disposed of in trash receptacles.

The community streets will be maintained and cleared of snow. Residents are responsible to clear their own sidewalks and parking areas.
