APPLICATION SUBMISSION 

For faster processing, apply online.  Once you submit your online application, the management office will receive your application and being processing.  You will be contacted regarding the status; however, if you need to discuss your application, provide further information or ask questions, feel free to contact the management office responsible at your desired community.

If you must apply via paper application, please contact the management office for specific directions as they vary at each location.

• Application must be completed in its entirety.
• A $75.00, per adult (18 yrs.+) non-refundable application fee must be paid in full at the time of application submission. If you apply via paper application, you will be required to pay application fees with a money order only, in person when you turn in your documents. We do not accept cash.  When paid online, the fee is due at the time of application submission.
• A completed application consists of ALL the following:
  1. Completed Application
  2. Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement
  3. Credit Check Request and Authorization Forms Acknowledgement
  4. Valid Identification (example: driver’s license, or government issued ID)
  5. Social Security Card number (you may be asked to physically show your social security card upon final approval and document signing)
  6. Most recent pay-stub or proof of income. (If you are self-employed, we will need your most recent tax returns to verify income.)
• Application processing upon receipt of completed application and applicable fees, your application will be sent to processing, which will consist of the following:
  1. Process and review your application.
  2. Review your credit report.
  3. Review your background check.
  4. Verify your employment/income.
• Verify your current and/or past landlord reference on average, applications and supporting information are reviewed by management for approval typically within 72 business hours, provided all the information is correct and can be verified. In the event that your information cannot be verified as submitted, you may be asked to provide additional information to complete the processing.
